Come along and try our Fit bumps/Fit mums group held at The Summit Centre every Wednesday 12.30pm – 1.30pm. These sessions will maintain your fitness whilst pregnant, tone and strengthen muscles, work on your pelvic floor, relieve backache and tension, and you will meet other mums to be.

It doesn’t get any better does it….not only do you get some amazing facilities here at the Summit Centre, but if you book any of our facilities for whatever reason and would like the details of your activity on our website, then just give us all the details and any pictures/logos you would like on there and we will put it all on for you for FREE. You don’t get free promotion done for you very often anymore, so take advantage while you can. Our website is recognised by all major search engines so if someone is searching, you’re more likely to be found. Not only that, it gives you a good home base if you don’t already have your own website, and a wider customer base.

The Summit Centre now has a Facebook page which keeps you updated with offers and promotions so you don’t have to miss out. All you have to do is like our page and you will be regularly updated with information without having to visit our website. What’s more, you will be able to view loads more photos of the centre and take a further look around.
