The Citizens Advice Bureau offers a drop in session here at the Summit Centre. No appointment necessary, the bureau provide free, independent and confidential advise on a number of matters, which may include benefits, managing debt, job related training, interviews, health, housing, employment related issues, legal matters, childcare and  job support to name a few.
